What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs & QSEs)
- • Current and valid SARS Tax PIN and VAT registration certificate (or rationale if not VAT registered)
- • CIPC registration documentation with date of incorporation and directors/partners/members list
- • Current or latest Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice (not in arrears >90 days) OR certified lease agreement with utility bill
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice for all directors OR certified lease agreement and statements OR affidavit (not in arrears >90 days)
- • Audited annual financial statements or most recent annual financial statements with PIS calculation
- • Letter of good standing from Compensation Fund or licensed compensation insurer (COIDA Act No. 130 of 1993)
- • Certified copies of SA Identity Documents or Valid Passports of members/directors/owner
- • Detailed brochures of all services offered
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable) with company registration numbers, authorized signatures, percentage share, and addresses for each partner
- • MBD 1 - Invitation to Bid with Certificate of Attendance and Authority to Sign
