What you need to qualify for this tender
- • SARS Tax Pin or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) certificate
- • Valid BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
- • Current Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice (not in arrears >90 days) or certified lease agreement with utility bill
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice for all directors or certified lease agreement and accounts or affidavit
- • Current audited annual financial statements or most recent annual financial statements with PIS calculation
- • Letter of good standing from Compensation Fund or licensed compensation insurer (COIDA) or affidavit if no employees
- • Certified copies of SA Identity Documents or Valid Passports of members/directors/owner
- • CIPC registration documentation with date of registration, directors list, and share certificates
- • Demonstrated completion of similar entertainment management, event promotion, digital marketing, social media management or integrated marketing services projects with contactable references
- • Demonstrated ability to source, manage and coordinate entertainment talent suitable for venue
- • Demonstrated digital marketing and content creation capability for hospitality/entertainment events
- • Methodology and Service Delivery Plan
- • Key Personnel qualifications and experience details
- • Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable) showing percentage contribution of each partner
