Joburg Theatre seeks qualified HVAC contractors (minimum CIDB Grade 3ME) to replace three chilled-water air-handling units; compulsory briefing on 11 August 2026, closing 04 September 2026.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE certificate or EME sworn affidavit
- • Current municipal rates and taxes invoice (not in arrears >90 days) or certified lease agreement with utility bill
- • Municipal rates and taxes invoice for all directors or certified lease agreement or SAPS-certified affidavit
- • Current audited annual financial statements or most recent annual financial statements with PIS calculation
- • Letter of good standing from Compensation Fund or licensed insurer (COIDA)
- • Certified copies of South African ID documents or valid passports of members/directors/owner
- • Detailed brochure(s) of all services offered
- • Relevant experience in chilled-water AHU or comparable HVAC projects
- • Qualifications and experience of key personnel
- • Technical proposal and preliminary AHU information
- • Project methodology and implementation programme
- • Project resources and execution capacity
- • Detailed quotation on company letterhead
- • Certificate of Authority for Signatory
- • Record of Addenda to Tender Documents
- • MBD forms (1, 2, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9)
- • Entity registration documentation (CIPC) with directors and share certificates
- • SARS Tax PIN and VAT registration certificate
