- • Valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)

- • Current and valid SARS Tax PIN and VAT registration certificate
- • National Treasury CSD registration summary report (not older than 30 days)
- • Current or latest Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice or certified lease agreement with utility bill (not in arrears more than 90 days)
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes invoices for all directors OR certified lease agreement and statements OR affidavit for residential premises
- • Audited annual financial statements or most recent annual financial statements with PIS calculation
- • Letter of good standing from Compensation Fund (COIDA Act) or licensed compensation insurer, or affidavit if no employees
- • Certified copies of South African Identity Documents or Valid Passports of members, directors or owners
- • Product quality and coffee offering details
- • Similar projects completed with contactable references
- • Technical capacity documentation (coffee equipment and maintenance support)
- • Company experience in coffee solutions implementation
- • Methodology and service delivery plan
- • Key personnel and training programme details
- • Certificate of Authority for signatories
- • Record of Addenda to Tender Documents
- • All MBD forms (MBD 1, 2, 3.1, 4, 6.1, 8, 9)
- • Single legal entity requirement - no consortia/joint ventures
