About this tender
Joburg Theatre seeks a supplier to supply and deliver branded bottled water. Bidders must be registered on the CSD, tax compliant, have valid B-BBEE certification, and submit all mandatory returnable documents including MBD forms and proof of registration.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
- • SARS Tax PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Certificate
- • CSD Registration (current registration at time of bid submission)
- • CIPC registration documentation with date of registration/incorporation, list of directors, partners, members and share certificates
- • Current and valid VAT registration certificate (or rationale if not VAT registered)
- • Current or latest Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice for office/premises (not in arrears >90 days) OR certified lease agreement with utility bill
- • Municipal Rates and Taxes invoices for all directors (as per CIPC) OR certified lease agreement and statements OR SAPS-certified affidavit (not in arrears >90 days)
- • Current audited annual financial statements (or most recent annual financial statements with PIS calculation if not legally required to audit)
- • Certified copies of South African Identity Documents or Valid Passports of Members, Directors or owner
- • MBD 1 - Invitation to Bid with Certificate of Attendance (if applicable), Authority to Sign Documents, Record of Addenda
- • MBD 2 - Tax Clearance Certificate Requirements
- • MBD 3.1 - Pricing and Delivery Schedule
- • MBD 4 - Declaration of Interest
- • MBD 6.1 - Preference Points Claim Form (PPPFA 2022 regulations)
- • MBD 8 - Declaration of Bidder's Past Supply Chain Management Practices
- • MBD 9 - Certificate of Independent Bid Determination
- • Company Experience, Production and Branding Capacity documentation
- • Delivery Capacity and Fleet information
- • Food Safety, Quality Management and Carbon emissions action plan
- • Product samples
- • Single legal entity (no consortia/joint ventures unless each party submits separate TCS/PIN/CSD)
- • Tender must be in sealed envelope with Tender Number and Description
- • Firm pricing (prices must remain firm for duration of contract)
- • All prices in South African Rand, VAT inclusive
- • Tender price valid for minimum 120 calendar days after closing date
- • Must be in good standing per Regulation 38 of Supply Chain Management Regulations
