- • Directors' municipal rates and taxes invoices or certified lease agreements
- • Audited annual financial statements or most recent annual statements with PIS calculation
- • Certified copies of SA ID documents or passports of members/directors/owners
- • Company experience supplying frozen foods, dry goods, consumables, cleaning supplies to hotels, hospitality venues, casinos, banqueting departments, high-end restaurants
- • Compliance with food safety legislation and quality management systems implementation
- • Demonstration of adequate delivery capacity and fleet
- • Qualified management team, warehouse personnel, drivers, logistics staff
- • Detailed implementation and delivery plan
- • MBD forms: MBD1, MBD2, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9
