Joburg Theatre seeks to appoint a panel of service providers to facilitate strategic planning sessions; requires BBBEE certificate, tax compliance, CSD registration, and demonstrated experience in strategic planning for public sector institutions.

What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Valid BBBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or Sworn Affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
- • CIPC registration documentation with directors/partners/members list
- • Valid SARS Tax PIN and VAT registration certificate
- • Current/latest Municipal Rates and Taxes invoice (not in arrears >90 days) OR certified lease agreement with utility bill
- • Audited annual financial statements or certified annual financial statements
- • Letter of Good Standing from Compensation Fund (COIDA) or licensed compensation insurer
- • Certified copies of SA Identity Documents or Valid Passports of members/directors/owners
- • Certified copies of qualifications and experience certificates/academic transcripts and CV
- • References for strategic planning experience (not older than 3 years)
- • Methodology and approach documentation
- • MBD1, MBD2, MBD3.1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9 forms completed and signed
- • Certificate of Authority for Signatory or Joint Venture Agreement (if applicable)
