- • MBD forms 1-9 and Annexures A-F completed in full
- • MBD 4 declaration of company involvement
- • MBD 5 signature for offers ≥ R10 million
- • Comprehensive JV agreement (where applicable)
- • All certified copies not older than 6 months
- • Latest Central Supplier Database registration report
- • Local production and content declaration (where applicable)
