About this tender
Electoral Commission seeks to establish a panel of up to 6 service providers for rental of desktop and laptop computers for temporary use during elections and expansion staffing, with flexible rental periods from 1-6 months and full technical support, delivery, imaging, and insurance included.
Requirements to bid
What you need to qualify for this tender
- • Must be registered and approved on Votaquotes e-Procurement system
- • Must submit Appendix A - Technical Bid Response Sheet demonstrating compliance with technical specifications
- • Must provide at least 3 contactable references of past similar rental services with customer name, contact person, contact details, products delivered, unit quantities, and timeframe
- • Must state make and model of equipment with uniformity across units
- • Must complete and submit Appendix B - Pricing Schedule
- • Must provide pricing for 100 laptops and 100 desktops rented over 1 month for adjudication
- • Must provide OEM datasheets and product brochures for offered items
- • Must warrant goods comply with specifications and are in good condition
- • May be required to supply sample equipment within 48 hours of selection request
- • Must accept responsibility for equipment imaging, configuration, delivery, installation, technical support, insurance, and decommissioning
- • Must provide next-day equipment replacement SLA for faulty items
- • May be required to enter into Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- • May be subject to due diligence audit requirements and site visits
- • Must comply with data protection and confidentiality obligations for Electoral Commission data
- • Bid prices must be firm for 180 days and inclusive of VAT
