- • Company profile or details of company experience on letterhead
- • CV of qualified resource to perform installations with attached qualifications
- • Project implementation plan required
- • Product data sheet for proposed solution required
- • Must be authorized to sell and install the solution
- • Must provide support and maintenance for contract duration
- • Service Level Agreement (SLA) to be entered into with IEC
- • Monthly SLA meetings required during contract duration
- • Complete detailed pricing schedule submission compulsory
- • Appendix A: Technical Bid Response demonstrating technical specification compliance
- • If sub-contracting planned, copies of sub-contracting agreements required
- • Must bid on Votaquotes e-Procurement system
- • Must be registered and approved on Votaquotes
