Delete it yourself

1. Sign in to the TargetTenders app or at targettenders.co.za.
2. Open Settings.
3. At the bottom of the page, choose Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted at once and you are signed out.

Or ask us to

Email support@targettenders.co.za from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We do it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, business profile, tender matches, saved and bidding tenders, unlocked tenders, bid checklists and notification settings.

What is kept

Our record of payments, kept for five years because South African tax law requires it, and our record of emails we sent you, so an unsubscribed address stays unsubscribed. Neither is linked to an account any more. A subscription bought through Google Play is managed by Google: cancel it in the Play Store under Payments and subscriptions, because deleting your account does not cancel it.
